Sitting in Beach Haven’s coastal Island Bay Road, this home required a thorough renovation to bring out it’s unique personality and add a contemporary quality.
The owner, an architect who collaborated on the project, wanted the home to be both inspired by, and to complement its immediate surroundings.

We completed a funky commercial style extension, completed with large kwila deck works, creating indoor outdoor flow against the native Beach Haven bush.
Now capturing all day sun, the spacious deck and glass surrounded living room created a sun-soaked oasis for summer relaxation.
