We used Buildstrong to renovate our 1920s stucco concrete bungalow. The work was extensive, including converting an old storage room to a family bathroom, ripping out an old shower room and a window seat, and finishing everything from window frames, plumbing and tiling to full electrical upgrades and lighting. Ben and his team were quick and efficient, working to a very high standard – we were thrilled with the results. Ben kept us updated throughout the process, ensuring there were no surprises. After getting many quotes for our bathroom renovation we were about give up; it seemed our budget was something to be ignored? However, Ben DID listen, and was very prompt in getting back a quote that fit! His team then worked hard at achieving our dream bathroom that now looks like it belongs in a 5-star hotel! He supplied all the tradesmen we needed (included in the quote), and they were a great bunch of guys who were very professional. Communication was fantastic, and if there were any extras we needed doing along the way, he always gave us plenty of notice and options.
